For all reservations is paid in advance 30% while the difference of 70% is paid per day, before the transfer of the trip or rent

Rental conditions:

1. Speedboats
– Driving experience required
– A valid driver’s license is required
-It is necessary to sign a charter agreement by which the client is responsible for the vessel at the time of the charter. (in case of damage, the client is responsible for the ship, and the amount of damage is determined by the employee of the agency in charge of ships). In the event that an employee of the agency assesses that the client is not able to manage the vessel independently, the contract is terminated.
-It is necessary to leave a deposit depending on the vessel from 300 to 500e and the client leaves one document in the agency (passport, identity card or other document with a picture)
2. Boats
-It is necessary to sign a charter agreement by which the client is responsible for the vessel at the time of the charter. “In case of damage, the client is responsible for the ship, and the amount of damage is determined by the employee of the agency in charge of ships.
-It is necessary to leave a deposit of 400kn (50eur) and the client leaves one document in the agency (passport, ID or other document with a picture)
-Driving experience is desirable but not necessary because the agency employee during the rental explains to the client how to handle the boat, in case the agency employee still estimates that the client is not able to manage the vessel independently, the contract is canceled.
3. Cars
– A valid driver’s license is required
-Required driving experience (in case the employee of the agency still estimates that the client is not able to drive the vehicle independently, the contract is canceled).
-It is necessary to sign a lease agreement by which the client is responsible for the vehicle at the time of rental. (there is an option of CASCO insurance, which means that when leaving a deposit of 100 euros in case of less damage to the vehicle up to 100 euros, the client compensates the damage from the deposit, while in case of greater damage to the vehicle of 100 euros loses only his deposit.
-It is necessary to leave a deposit of 100eur and the client leaves one document in the agency. (passport, identity card or other document with a picture)
4. Scooters
– A valid driver’s license is required
-Required driving experience (in case the employee of the agency still estimates that the client is not able to drive the vehicle independently, the contract is canceled).
-It is necessary to sign a lease agreement by which the client is responsible for the vehicle at the time of rental.
-It is necessary to leave a deposit of 50eur or 400kn and the client leaves one document in the agency. (passport, identity card or other document with a picture)
5. Bicycles
-Required driving experience (in case the agency employee still estimates that the client is not able to drive a bicycle independently, the contract is canceled).
It is necessary to sign a lease agreement by which the client is responsible for the bike at the time of rental.
– It is necessary to leave one document with a picture as a deposit (passport, personal driver’s license, while with an e-bike it is necessary to leave a deposit of 40eur or 300kn)

Conditions for private tours – excursions and transfers

It is necessary to make a reservation by paying the advance of the full price in the amount of 30% while the difference of 70% is paid on the day before the start of the trip or transfer
The trip or transfer can be canceled with a refund of the reservation no later than 15 days before the trip or transfer.
In case of bad weather on the day of the trip, the agency undertakes to offer the client the first free date for the agreed trip, while if the client is unable to accept the changed date, the agency returns the client his advance.
In case of bad weather during the transfer, the skipper decides according to his assessment whether the transfer is possible or not, and in case of cancellation by the agency, the client returns his advance and recommends another mode of transport to the desired destination. (We must emphasize that this is very rare due to the safe boats we have and the beautiful weather during the season.)
